1.  We helped a client reduce their customer quote workload by an estimated 80%, while raising their sales closing ratio significantly. Twenty hours per week of workload became four hours per week.  This was achieved through a proper analysis of causes and effects that revealed the best way to reduce this heavy workload was NOT to improve the quoting system but rather to screen out low probability quotes.  This was achieved by installing a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.  This shifted focus to generating new revenues, with full payback achieved with three months of implementation via new customer sales.

2.  We helped a client dramatically improve their forecast to actual employee workload hours ratio. Starting off a base where service hours exceeded budget by nearly 100%, we implemented a forecasting and workload management system that is self-run by staff and gives management a hands on, daily monitoring of workload achievements vs forecasted hours for each key activity for their clients.  Results have been dramatic as the over-age ratio is currently tracking in favour of a a 0% overage!

3.  We helped a client streamline a service process in a not-for-profit organization to triple their productivity for same investment. This client nearly tripled the number of service fulfillments for the same staffing and effort.  This success led to the program expanding its geographic coverage by threefold while reducing servicing costs dramatically per service while expanding the geographic service delivery.  This was achieved using inexpensively-designed custom software applications to gather, track and set performance goals.  These in turn trained and re-focused staff on the key steps in the process that raised the success ratio dramatically.
