W.I.N. Leadership Coaching Programs
Helping good people face tough realities

Executive WIN Leadership Coaching:

This is flexible program is designed to meet a client's exact needs.  The unique W.I.N. approach is anchored in helping our client's address real-world, current issues as they arise.  Clients learn to apply W.I.N.'s powerful leadership principles and techniques in any situations.  As a result, we equip them with leadership tools they use continuously long after the WIN Coaching program is ended.

Programs typically last from six to twelve months, depending on frequency, difficulty and budget.  Fees are dependent on frequency of coaching, and location/travel.

Outline:

Tough Realities Program

This program is for entire groups, departments or any slice of the organization that disagrees with the new direction of an organization.  By meeting weekly or twice a month, these key, often long-term employees are given the opportunity to express, explore and make new choices within the limits of the real world changes over which they typically have less control than they would like.

The sole purpose is to help them get over the way it used to be so they will explore how to adapt and embrace the way it now is.  The process can take anywhere from three to twelve months depending on frequency and the nature of the change program. Many change programs fail because a critical mass of key employees do not embrace the new direction and thereby hinder its success.  THIS PROGRAM OVERCOMES RESISTANCE TO SUPPORTING A NEW DIRECTION.

NO SLOWDOWN IN EXISTING ROLLOUTS IS NEEDED OR RECOMMENDED.  This program is an add-on, not an additional hurdle.

Tough Realities Program Outline:

a) On-site coaching:  The best choice.   Groups of five to twenty-five staff or employees meet privately with WIN Leadership coach John Kuypers for a minimum of six sessions, over six weeks to three months.

           b) Teleconference coaching sessions:

An alternative when on-site is too expensive due to geography
