We greatly admire William Oncken, whose Managing Management Time
remains one of the most brilliant and funniest books ever written on
delegating tasks and managing people. We support Jim Collins seminal work in Level
5 Leadership. He is the first business thinker that we are aware of
to pinpoint the rare and incredible power of leadership through humility
and inner strength, rather than the traditional command and control
approach. Finally, we are influenced by the simple idea that people
perform at their peak level when they focus on "the present moment."
This happens so much more easily when what they get is what they expected.
We hope our work will lead many to discover that setting better
