5 Leadership. He is the first business thinker that we are aware of
to pinpoint the rare and incredible power of leadership through humility
and inner strength, rather than the traditional command and control
approach. Finally, we are influenced by the simple idea that people
perform at their peak level when they focus on "the present moment."
This happens so much more easily when what they know what is expected and
are managed with consistency and integrity. We hope our work will
