Performance Shift founder John Kuypers is
Chief Builder and founder. Inspired by his own middle-upper
management burnout at age 34, John brings professional and personal experience
to all aspects of mastering the development of middle and upper-level
leaders and their organizations - corporate or entrepreneurial.
John has worked with several global companies including Bristol-Myers,
General Mills, Cadbury Schweppes and TD Securities. His
subsequent consulting experience over nearly 15 years covers a broad range of industries.

development, is an inspiring speaker and has appeared in numerous television,
